平凡而稍有些内向的女高中生·圣川诗杏，在和平常一样玩着音乐游戏《SHOW BY ROCK!!》的时候，被吸入了游戏的世界，并以游戏中的女子乐队“Plasmagica”成员希安的身份乐队出道。在感到困惑的同时，她也在通过音乐而成长着。

When a Gothic Lolita-clad catgirl cutie named Cyan stumbles into the music world, she too is swept up by the dream of fame. After joining forces with three other colourful characters – bunnygirl honour student Chuchu, shy doggirl Retoree, and adorable sheepgirl Moa—the quartet becomes Plasmagica, the freshest band on the scene. Armed with special instruments, the girls face off with other bands striving for stardom. Will the band find celebrity? Or are they doomed to be one-hit-wonders...

いつものように音楽ゲーム「ＳＨＯＷ ＢＹ ＲＯＣＫ!!」をプレイしていた平凡でちょっと内気な女子高生の元に不思議なアイテムが届いた瞬間、ゲームの世界へ引きずり込まれてしまう。その世界で何も分からないままガールズバンド「プラズマジカ」のシアンとしてバンドデビューすることに！！戸惑いながらも音楽を通して成長していくシアンだが果たして、ゲームの世界に送り込まれた本当の理由とは・・・。
