בעיר המלאה במלאכת אדם, גנבים קטנים, זונות באיפור ושוטרים משוחדים, יש כל מיני דברים מלוכלכים לעשות שאפילו התושבים תשושים מכדי לעשותם. פה נכנסים לעניין "השיפוצניקים", ווריק וניק, הם אלו שעושים את העבודות שאף אחד אחר לא רוצה לעשות. עד שיום אחד שוטר שהם הכירו ביקש מהם "להוריד" חבורה חדשה שפלשה לשטח של אחת ממשפחות המאפיה הגדולות. העבודה הזאת נראתה רגילה למדי, אבל השיפוצניקים עומדים לגלות שהעבודה הזאת היא הרבה יותר ממש שהם ציפו.
