After a slow and awkward start - primarily because it took me a little time to get to grips with the lead characters and how they revolved around each other - I really began to love this show from S2 onwards.
Am currently half-way through S5, and I really love how both Jez & Mark have evolved during those first 4 seasons: definitely very needy blokes, spiteful one minute, best friends the next. And I think the first-person pov and inner-narrative really adds more flesh to their respective characters.
Moreover, I am glad there isn't a laughter track tacked on because I think that would have taken some of the magic away from the show. Some sitcoms just don't need it and are better for it.
Still have another 4 and a bit seasons to go, and assuming the quality remains consistent throughout then no doubt I will re-watch the show in its entirety shortly after.

Peep Show was probably my favourite comedy. Shame it's finished.

Just finished 1st episode, it's hilarious! Great for daily dose of Brit comedy as I just finished Fresh Meat and this one's 8 seasons hehe

Yes, it helps that they're all available on youtube as well. I started watching it again for the third time a couple of weeks ago.
