Overview
فوق مدينة “ليسفاليتا” حيث تشرق شمستان، يعيش الناس حياة سلمية، لكن في الظلال تتفشى الجريمة والمخدرات غير المشروعة.
من بينها المخدر الخطير والمميت للغاية “انثيم” الذي يلقي بظلال قاتمة على المدينة. وحدة “سفن-او” للتحقيق في الجرائم الخاصة متخصصة في قمع “انثيم”. تعمل هذه الوحدة في فريقين "صديقين" في ما يسمى “نظام مزدوجة ديكر” لمعالجة هذه المشكلة.
“دوغ بيلينجهام” محقق محنك، ينضم له “كيريل فروبيل”، ذو القدرات غامضة.
