I mainly find myself rewriting plot overviews, since many of the ones I come across contain one or more of the following: (1) poor English (2) an overly casual, biased or jokey tone (3) plot spoilers (4) way too much information (5) flat-out incorrect information (6) technical details and/or (7) have synopses completely stolen from the IMDb and other sites. I always rewrite overviews in my own words and, as per the TMDB Contribution Bible, try my best to ensure that they are objective, do not spoil major plot points and are relatively succinct (although more complex plots can be difficult to whittle down). Needless to say, please familiarize yourself with the Contribution Bible before you go hog wild editing this site.
